Diving, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber solesselfie sticks, glassware, alcohol, outside food, beverages, handheld Go Pro, and other action cameras are not allowed inside the premises.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed inside the pool. However, guests can purchase swim nappies or diapers in the gift shops available on the premises.

Strict dress code: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate are not allowed in this experience. However, one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini are allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority. So, Trident Tower, Tower of Neptune, and Poseidon’s Revenge and Slytherin are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2 m, whereas the Zoomerango and Aquaconda are restricted for guests under 1.07 metres.

Keep in mind outside food, smoking, drones, helium balloons, illegal substances, hard sided containers and bags, large flags, knives, sharp objects, flares, tents, camping chairs, selfie sticks, lenses over 70mm, glass items, scooter, shoes with wheels, political slogans, and drinking are not allowed inside the park.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible.

Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women, guests with back issues, neck issues, high blood pressure, cardiac issues, children unable to sit upright and walk, and guests who have undergone surgery or were recently unwell are restricted from participating in this experience.

Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Lifejackets are available at different locations around the park.

Swimmers under 1.2 metres and inexperienced swimmers are required to wear life jackets.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch.

Children under 1.2 metres must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Guests are recommended to remove their eyeglasses and jewellery before riding and store them in the lockers in the park.
