This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to snowy terrain, sled boarding, and outdoor seating.
Infant seats can be provided upon request, and children under 2 can join for free.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Activity departure times vary based on the chosen experience; exact details will be emailed to you the day before your tour.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available from select accommodations outside Rovaniemi City Center. For city center stays, meet your guide at Wild About Lapland Office (Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi).
Transfers can be arranged to locations like Santa Claus Holiday Village, Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, or Apukka Resort, with possible surcharges for certain pick-up points.
Arrive at your meeting point or be in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pick-up. Guides can only wait for 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
A minimum of 2 participants is needed for weekday and Saturday tours; at least 4 participants are required on Sundays and holidays.
Visits to reindeer farms and sleigh rides may be adjusted for the animals' welfare and safety.
While Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
