Show the voucher on your phone along with a valid photo ID when you're picked up.
The voucher will provide a link for you to access and monitor your booking. Use this link for real-time updates on your journey or to make changes up to 24 hours before pick-up.
You'll soon receive your voucher with comprehensive instructions on where and how to meet your driver. It will also include the contact details of the transfer company responsible for your pickup.
An SMS will be sent to you with a link to track your ride's status. All information, including the pickup location, driver and vehicle details, can be accessed through this link.
