Operational overview

Affiliate and creator programme rules

This overview helps applicants understand the programme controls. It is not the binding agreement: approved partners must open and accept the exact versioned terms shown in their private portal.

Approval gate: commission rate, cookie window, hold period, threshold and any campaign-specific rights appear only in the current portal terms or signed schedule.

Eligibility and approval

  • Applying does not create an account or guarantee acceptance.
  • Each website, channel, traffic source and promotion method must be declared accurately.
  • Activation requires current programme terms, verified business information and an approved payout profile.

Links, attribution and reporting

  • Use only links and codes issued in the private partner portal or explicitly approved in writing.
  • Attribution follows the versioned programme terms and eligible first-party click record.
  • Customer information is never available in affiliate reports; booking references remain opaque.

Customer-facing accuracy

  • Show material eligibility, expiry and product restrictions for any offer.
  • Do not claim cheapest, guaranteed availability or fixed pricing unless TickYourList has supplied current evidence.
  • Commercial relationships and affiliate links must be disclosed clearly under applicable law and platform policy.

Prohibited promotion

  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referrals, spam, impersonation or misleading redirects.
  • No unauthorised trademark bidding, domain impersonation or brand-social account creation.
  • No fabricated reviews, hidden incentives or publication of private or expired voucher codes.

Bookings, reversals and payouts

  • Commission is provisional through confirmation, cancellation, refund and fraud-review windows.
  • Full or partial refunds may void or adjust eligible commission.
  • Payments are made only after finance approval, threshold checks and reconciliation, using the approved payout profile.

Content and brand assets

  • Use only current approved creatives, trademarks and product facts.
  • Do not edit assets in a way that changes material meaning or implies endorsement beyond the approved relationship.
  • Retire placements when an asset, right, campaign or programme instruction expires.

The private terms record is the source of truth

The portal records the terms version, effective date, document checksum, acceptance time and audit metadata. A new binding version requires fresh acceptance before continued activation.
